Audrey is a Manchester based artist and designer who makes wooden sculpture, vessels, furniture and wall pieces. Her unique pieces, which vary considerably in scale from large outdoor sculptural furniture to table top vessels, are predominantly made from discarded wood. Driven by the challenge and pleasure of simplicity, Audrey strives to capture a quality and a presence within her pieces that invite you to touch and caress.

Many of Audrey's pieces, from solid oak garden archways to delicate wall pieces, are finished with her characteristically scorched technique. This gives her work a curious unnatural quality whilst offering a strong, bold and distinctive aesthetic. Audrey is able to maintain the wonderful organic qualities of the material, from which she finds her inspiration, whilst offering a contemporary and minimalist form.
